June 3 – 7 Show Us Your Spirit/Express Yourself
We will take the first week to get acquainted with each other, and make new friends. We will talk about our likes and dislikes, our pets, and our family. God made you special, so we will celebrate that!
June 10 – 14 Circus, Circus
Come one, come all and join us under the Big Top for loads of circus fun. We will have a professional face painter for those who would like, a cotton candy machine, and popcorn while we train our elephants and tigers.
June 17 – 21 Island Adventure
Aloha, welcome to Hawaii! We will have a Luau themed week, playing limbo, making leis, having hula lessons, and coconut bowling. If your child is a fan of Moana or Lilo and Stitch, they won’t want to miss this week.
June 24 – 28 VBS/Bible Super Heroes
We will explore the heroes in the Bible, and talk about what makes them so special! The campers will attend Vacation Bible School in the morning and explore our Bible Heroes in the afternoon.
July 1 – 5 Bugs, Reptiles & Dinosaurs
This is an exciting week learning about reptiles, bugs, and dinosaurs. We will have a visit from Sandoway House and they will bring turtles, snakes and/or an alligator, and teach us about them. It’s a wonderful opportunity to come up close to the animals and learn about Delray’s animal history.
July 8 – 12 “Top Chef” Seacrest
The children will begin the week making their chef’s hats and aprons. They will be making dirt cups, spiders, banana butterflies, and loads more for a week of food fun! The best part of the week will be the Ice Cream Truck that visits on Friday.
July 15 – 19 A Week at the Museum/Art & Imagination
Creativity runs wild here all summer long, but this week is designed for kids to use their imaginations and creative thought processes. All kind of art will be introduced, and who knows, maybe the next Seacrest Picasso will be discovered.
July 22 – 26 Mad Science/Explore Outer Space
We will blast off to a destination that is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Bring your imagination and explore the world of science that builds on children’s interest. The campers will be offered lots of opportunity to engage in hands-on learning.
July 29 – August 2 Shipwrecked/Pirate Adventures
Set your sails and be ready to explore the high seas this week. Campers will turn our accidental destination into an exciting adventure. We will learn to make and decode a treasure map. We will build our own boats, and search for buried treasure. At the end of the week we will celebrate with a “rescued party.”
Water Day is every Wednesday and this will be an exciting and fun day for the children.
