Joel was born in Andover, Massachusetts in 1959 and married his wife Gisele in 1992. He attended St. Augustine Catholic Church.
He attended Southern New Hampshire University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Economics and Finance. Joel relocated to Florida in 1998 where he worked in property management and real estate. Joel joined Seacrest Presbyterian Church in 2012 and was installed as a Deacon in 2017. He became Chairman of the Diaconate in 2019.
Joel enjoys ministering to the needs of the church and congregation. His hobbies include woodworking, golf and fishing.
