Shawn Starkoski is a Ruling Elder and Clerk of the Session of Seacrest Presbyterian Church. He and his wife Peg have faithfully attended, and served, at Seacrest for over 37 years. Shawn also teaches Sunday School and serves as the Chairman for the Missions Committee.
